		<description>I think one of the biggest forts I ever created was one built out of a grudge and unforgiveness.  Funny how we continue to build the walls of unforgiveness as high as we can, thinking we are protecting ourselves and our family from any more hurt or pain, when really we are doing exactly what you stated in your article - we are isolating ourselves and dying a slow death of starvation and isolation.  And, when these walls fall with a might trumpet blast of forgiveness, what a relief to be free again!
