Live Bold Network

The world is moving at a pace that seems to keep us out of breath, a step short, and our goals just beyond our fingertips.  We can get lost as we shuffle through each day and slowly lose our connection to each other, our faith, and worse… God.

Every person I know, including myself, has at sometime felt disconnected and alone in the shadow of the day.  Say what you will about the technology that surrounds us, but it has thrown us a rope and allowed us to connect to each other, even if at a distance.

Many have argued that these silly social networks, text messages, emails, and websites have made us cold callous people.  Well… they said the same thing about telephones when they were being mounted on every wall in America.  I don’t know about you… but my phone keeps me connected to people I love that aren’t near.

Networks are how we live and survive.  Facebook has generated an allegience of millions of people around the world.  Myspace has done the same.  There is something to be said about the hope that someone out there actually cares that we are here… and that we are still breathing.

Live Bold is creating new space to remind all of our brothers in and out of faith that we’re here, we still care, and God is alive and amazing.  It’s time we wedge ourselves into the technology in order to affirm our connections.

I do enjoy being a part of facebook… but many of the users don’t share my same concern for telling you about Jesus Christ and how He gave it all away just for you.
