Everything seems to be important these days. Emails come flying in with big red exclamation points on them as if it has a bearing on the outcome of my life if I don’t read it. The telephone rings and like Pavlov’s dog… I am conditioned to answer it… it must be important… right? The schedules that order our lives have become an incredibly high priority as it dictates where we go, when we leave, how we live, and what we do.
How important is God in your daily life?
Do you spend time each day in prayer over the things that break your heart or give you joy? Do you read God’s word to find application for you life?
Don’t dare to live a day without making God first… unless of course you are good enough to do this on your own. How is that going for you? Good luck with that.
