(1) What are your top 3 favorite movies?
Rudy, Heat (Dinero and Pacino), Monty Python (Holy Grail)

(2) What is the smartest decision you’ve made in your life to this point?
I’m supposed to say “Marry My Wife” since she will read this… that understood… The best decision was to totally dig into who Christ is in my life and the world. Makes me a better husband and dad.

(3) If you had to give away $363,478.00 where would you put it?
300,000 would be used to set up a fund for single mothers raising children to help feed, shelter, and educate (seed money). 60,000 would go toward digging wells for fresh water in Africa. The rest, I would keep to help CORE12 Ministries move forward.

(4) Briefly Describe one event that knocked you down, and how you got back up (or did you)?
I had a real life education on business at the hands of a “friend” about 9 years ago that wiped me out physically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially. I broke down under the weight of it and prayed to God for relief. It wasn’t immediate and the relief was nothing what I would have expected, but He did it… and I am amazingly blessed for it.

(5) If you could change one thing about “church” what would it be?
Stop worrying about how to drag people in… and start figuring out how to get your people out to show Christ’s love in action.

(6) What gets on your nerves the most?
Liars.

(7) If you had only 30 seconds of the world’s devoted attention, what would you say?
Be true to yourself. Believe in who you are and enjoy that God created you to be… you. Don’t sweat what other people think (they’re screwed up too). Don’t let someone talk you into being fake or that your dreams are stupid. The world is awesome, and you are a part of it. What are you doing with the time you’ve been granted? Go help someone find peace and contentment, and you’ll find peace and contentment. Die with dirt under your fingernails.
