NOW! Pass It On.

Generally, I will try to write about observations, notions, debatable items, and just a general sense of “urging” as the Spirit so leads.  There are times when I struggle to find the words, and there are times when the flood gates open up and I have to break up the writings into 4 or 5 separate posts.  I am at a critical point in the life of the LiveBold effort and I would like to ask for your help.

For those of you who read the inspirations written by Steve Fandel, Steve Rusk, Myself, or other contributers like Lee Turner and Vince Cameron… you should know that all work is from the heart and offered as a gift for you.

In order for Live Bold to launch the next initiative, the Blog’s exposure needs to be more widespread.  To give you a sneak peek at what is next, read this:

LIVE BOLD is launching an initiative in 2009.  Children go hungry everyday in this country.  Single mothers are being crushed by the economy and the challenge to raise children and work.  We can send our funds to other countries, but what about the family just down the street who can’t see the light?  Be watching for more details.

The goal of Live Bold is to encourage you to wake up to what God has gifted you to do.  We want you to know that religion is nothing more than a set of rituals… but worship of God is a total immersion into who He is in your life.  Faith is much more than going to church on Sunday and we want you to know that it’s OK to be a guy, and that you don’t have to put your manhood on the shelf to follow Christ.

At the end of the day, if we succeed in motivating you to live at a higher standard and talk about being compelled to do God’s work… then we should give you an option to carry out God’s call to “Love our neighbor as ourselves”.

HERE’S WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP: PASS IT ON.

• If you read the daily blog through email and forward it to others, encourage them to log into the site and sign up for the email list. It will continue to be delivered by email, but allows us to track total readers a little easier.
• If you read the daily inspiration right from the website and you find a posting that is relevant to you or a friend, email the post to them (just copy the article address in your browser and send away).
• If you are a member of mySpace, Facebook, Friendster, or any other social networking site, post links to the blog.
• Watch for a compilation of blog categories into a book offering.  Purchase the book as a gift to a friend or as a ministry outreach.  The funds will go toward helping our 2009 project.

The reason I am soliciting your help is not to ask for money, but to raise awareness.  I’m counting on your help, and I appreciate each visitor more than you know.  Come back often and look for the “Christmas 360” effort.
